If you just need to request a Form W-9, please use the email contact form and we will respond with a completed W-9. If you need us to complete another document, please email us through our contact form, and we will respond with the email address to which the document should be sent.
Did you attend a training and need a certificate of completion? Certificates of completion are sent by email to qualifying participants through our certificate management service, SimpleCert. If you have not received a certificate within 30 days after the training or if you need a replacement for a certificate, you can download a certificate without having to contact us by using our Attendee Portal.
Do not telephone us about registration changes or substitutions because all registration changes and all substitutions must be made in writing. Before contacting us about an existing registration, you should review our cancellation policy. Please use the email contact form for all registration changes or substitutions.
