The “Buyer” will receive a registration request confirmation e-mail and, if paying by check or purchase order, the “Buyer” will also receive payment instructions and an invoice separately. Once payment has been processed, the “Buyer” and each “Attendee” will receive a completed order e-mail with a link to download any event ticket(s) (for in-person events) or virtual ticket(s) (for online events). When paying by credit card, the registration request confirmation e-mail and completed order e-mail may be combined into a single e-mail. If you do not receive these emails or encounter any other problems, please contact us as soon as possible.
